AbouT me

My background is in nonprofit and outdoor leadership. As an NGO founder, I expanded a grassroots community recreation program to a national level by partnering with one of the world’s largest private foundations. As an expedition leader, I have guided international groups on three different continents. I currently teach at San Diego State University and am writing my PhD dissertation on the influence of wilderness solitude on executive brain functioning. I earned my International Coaching Federation credential through the University of San Diego between 2021-23.
